Flying to Naples

Naples is the third most populated Italian city (almost 1 million of inhabitants). The city is located in southern Italy, about 200 km from Rome.

The international Aeroporto di Capodichino, in Naples, is one of the most modern and efficient airports in the country. Naples is well connected via both direct and connecting flights with all main European cities, as well as with USA, South America, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Airport Transfers to the City

The international Aeroporto di Capodichino is at 7 km from the Conference Bureau Stazione Marittima, which is the Conference Venue, located in the City Center.

From Capodichino airport you can reach the city center:

By Taxi 🚕
The distance from the airport to the city centre is approximately 20 minutes by car.
The taxi lane is located in front of the airport arrivals.

By Bus 🚌
Alibus Shuttle departure every 15 minutes
Alibus is the fast-connecting bus line between Naples Airport and the City Centre.
The service provides direct, rapid and efficient connections between Airport, Central Station and Port.
Alibus stops from the airport:
• 1st stop Piazza Garibaldi Central Station (15 minutes).
• 2nd stop Varco Immacolatella/Porta di Massa (30 minutes).
• 3rd stop Molo Angiono/Beverello – meeting venue (35 minutes).

By Train from Rome and other Cities 🚆

Naples is connected by high-speed trains to Rome (1h 10min) and Milan (4h 20min). The main railway station of Naples is Napoli Centrale. The schedule of all high-speed trains is available on the websites of Tenitalia or Italo; tickets can be purchased online.

To reach the Conference Venue from Napoli Centrale railway station, take Metro Line 1 (Garibaldi, just outside the station), going in the direction Dante, and get off at Toledo. From there, you can take a taxi or enjoy a pleasant walk (10min) along Via Toledo and through Piazza del Plebiscito.
