We invite contributions to the ITSC 2026 Late Breaking Results Poster Session.
Present your latest findings in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems by contributing to the ITSC 2026 Late Breaking Results Poster Session.
Please note that these contributions are not peer-reviewed and do not qualify as official publications, but they will be available to conference attendees in poster.
The authors must include an extended abstract of max 2 pages to summarize the poster in text along with the full poster. Both posters and abstracts will be also diffused among the Conference attendees in electronic form.
This is a great opportunity to receive feedback on your work before submitting it for formal publication.
Submit a poster by the final deadline of May 15, 2026.
A panel will review submissions for suitability and notify you of acceptance as soon as possible.
If your poster is accepted, one of the authors must register for the conference and present their work at the poster session.

Poster size: Please prepare a poster in the format A0 upright! The maximum dimension of the upright poster panel is 95cm wide x 150cm high (37’’ wide x 59’’ high)
File format: PDF (Please limit the size of the PDF file to 4 MB)
Poster format (if accepted): The content will be printed in advance by the ITSC organizers.
There is no specific template for the posters. You should choose the format that best represents your research work.
