BUS DEPARTURE TIME:  17:45 (sharp) – this is the NEW bus departure time

• There is no longer a need to have, with you, the bus number you selected at the time of submitting your online conference registration in July/August.
• You must have your ITSC 2025 Name Badge with you. Thus, make sure that you visit the ITSC 2025 Conference Registration Desk before bus departure and receive your Conference Name Badge and Lanyard. The ITSC 2025 Registration Desk is located inside the Event Centre, the Star Grand Hotel.
• Your Name Badge is your Bus Ticket.
• Your Name Badge is also your Identity Card to enter the Australian Outback Spectacular. Based on your Name Badge, at the Outback Spectacular Check-in Counter, you will be provided with a seat ticket to let you enter the Australian Outback Spectacular Show Arena and find your seat

NOTE: Only registered conference participants, carrying their name badges, will be permitted to enter the Australian Outback Spectacular Show Arena.
If you wish to register your accompanying person, please contact the Conference General Chair before 16 October to check whether additional seats are available.

BUS PICK-UP MEETING POINT (Boarding):
Please follow one of the below instructions, depending on your location, in order to assist you in finding the Bus Pick-up Meeting Point:

• If you are already inside of the Star Grand Hotel, please make your way around to the Event Centre. Enter the Event Centre and continue through the event space to the ITSC 2025 Registration Desk. Collect your Name Badge, unless you have already registered, and then take the exit to the outdoor terrace. From there, you’ll be led into the Marquee. Once inside the Marquee, please exit it and make your way to the left towards the boom gate where the Bus Operator will greet you and direct you to board the next available bus.
• If you are arriving from elsewhere to the main entry of the Star Grand, No 1 Casino Drive, you do not need to enter the Star Grand but, instead, just make your way to your right towards the boom gate to join other conference participants where the Bus Operator will greet you and direct you to board the next available bus.
• If you are arriving from elsewhere to the Darling Lobby from Gold Coast Highway, walk towards the back of the lobby, turn right and follow the hallway to the lift lobby. Take the lift to the Casino Gaming Floor. Once on the Casino Gaming Floor, follow the path around to your right to exit the Casino Gaming Floor. Once you exit the Casino Gaming Floor, enter the Event Centre and continue through the event space to the ITSC 2025 Registration Desk. Collect your Name Badge, unless you have already registered, and then take the exit to the outdoor terrace. From there, you’ll be led into the Marquee. Once inside the Marquee, please exit it and make your way to your left towards the boom gate where the Bus Operator will greet you and direct you to board the next available bus.

BUS RETURN TIME: approx. 22:00 – 22:30

• After exiting the Australian Outback Spectacular Arena please board the same bus as the one you came with.
