The IEEE ITSC 2025 Program will include Regular Sessions, Invited Sessions, Workshop/Tutorial Sessions and Plenary Sessions.

List of Accepted Invited Sessions

  • Approved Invited Sessions are presented in the table below.
  • We encourage authors to consider submitting their manuscripts to an Invited Session, when possible, rather than to a Regular Session, as this can help ensure their work reaches the most relevant and engaged audience. Authors may submit their manuscripts to any invited session listed below—even if their paper was not originally included in the proposal.
  • Please contact the Invited Sessions Chair if you require any additional information or clarification.
  • Contributions to Invited Sessions should be submitted via PaperPlaza Portal, using the submission code shown in the table.

Paper Submission Portal

Papers for the IEEE ITSC 2025 can be submitted through the PaperPlaza Portal.

  • Page Limit: 6 pages, with an option for up to 2 additional pages (with extra page charge).
  • The page limit includes references, appendices, and any other supplementary content.
  • All papers must be submitted in PDF format (up to 6MB) and must adhere to the IEEE double-column format.
