Invited Sessions
Authors are encouraged to consider submitting their papers to one of the accepted Invited Sessions, which offer focused discussions on timely and specialized topics within the ITS community. Submitting to an Invited Session can help ensure your work reaches the most relevant audience and promotes deeper engagement around your research area.

Paper Submission Portal
Papers for the IEEE ITSC 2025 can be submitted through the PaperPlaza Portal.
- Page Limit: 6 pages, with an option for up to 2 additional pages (with extra page charge).
- The page limit includes references, appendices, and any other supplementary content.
- All papers must be submitted in PDF format (up to 6MB) and must adhere to the IEEE double-column format.
