Personalizing Your Program
Next to each session or paper in the PaperCept program, you will see a checkbox labeled “Add to My Program.”
- By selecting this checkbox, you can add that session or paper to your personal schedule.
- Once added, you can view your customized list by clicking the “My Program” link located in the top navigation bar of the PaperCept interface.
- This allows you to easily track the sessions and papers you plan to attend during the conference.
How to Read the Program
Color Coding
The technical program at a glance uses colors to distinguish between activity types:
- Blue – Workshops
- Grey – Coffee breaks and lunch breaks
- Pink – Social events
- Yellow – Plenary sessions
- Purple – Award sessions
- Green – Oral presentation sessions
- Dark Green – Invited oral presentation sessions
Session Codes
Each session is identified by a code following this pattern:
[Day Abbreviation] - [Time Slot] - [Track Number]
Day Abbreviations:
TU = Tuesday, WE = Wednesday, TH = Thursday, FR = Friday
Time Slots:
- EM — Early Morning (08:30–10:00)
- LM — Late Morning (10:30–12:30)
- EA — Early Afternoon (13:30–15:30)
- LA — Late Afternoon (16:00–17:00)
Track Numbers:
- Tracks are sequential (T1, T2, … T45).
- Each track is unique per day and runs across multiple time slots (from EM to LA).
Example:
- Session code WE-EA-T8 means the session takes place on Wednesday (WE) during the Early Afternoon (EA) time slot in Track 8 (T8).
- Within each session, the title is prefixed with S and a number (e.g., S08b). This number corresponds to the track number.
Navigating the Program
For the best experience:
- Start from the Program at a Glance.
- Click “Start browsing the Program at a Glance.”
- Select the day you’re interested in.
- Choose a session to view its detailed schedule, papers, and presenters.
If you are looking for your own paper or want to find where a specific author is presenting:
- Go to the Author Index in the PaperCept program.
- Search for your name, or the name of a co-author.
- The index will list all papers associated with that author and indicate the session code and time slot where each paper is scheduled.
This is the most efficient way to locate your presentations and related sessions in the full program.
Workshops
There are 25 workshops organized as either full-day or half-day events.
- Full-day workshops use suffixes a, b, c, d (e.g., T1a, T1b, T1c, T1d).
- Half-day workshops use suffixes a and b.
When browsing the Program at a Glance, always select the workshop with suffix “a” to access details about the full event.
