Registration Fees
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE ITSC 2018. Please review the conference Registration and Publication Policies for guidelines. The early registration rate applies before September 1, 2018.

Note: IEEE and IEEE ITS Society members are offered discounts for registration with their member ID number.
Full and Student Registrations (member and non-member) include conference Sessions, Lunches, Coffee-breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Banquet, and Proceedings, but do not include the Workshop Registration. Workshop Day Registration is solely valid for November 4, 2018, and includes Workshops, Tutorials, Lunch, and Coffee-breaks.
Registration and Publication Policies
- One ‘Full registration’ covers the registration of the paper and the participation of one presenter. Authors will only be allowed to upload the camera-ready version of the accepted paper after the registration fees are paid in full and confirmed.
- ‘Student registration’ is for students who are attending but not presenting at any conference sessions. Student author or a co-author will need to register at "Full registration" to upload your paper. Each accepted paper needs at least one "Full registration".
- To be published in the IEEE ITSC 2018 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted (regular, special session and workshop) paper is required to register at the FULL registration rate (i.e., IEEE ITS Society member, IEEE member or non-member rates) prior to the submission of the camera-ready papers.
- For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to one paper. A charge ‘Extra Paper’ can be paid to register up to one additional paper.
- IEEE ITS Society member and IEEE member must provide their IEEE membership number during the registration process. Students must provide a student ID at the registration desk.
- Author for workshop paper must pay a ‘Full registration’, or ‘Extra paper’ rate (if they do not plan to attend the full conference) for publication of the paper in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
- The standard page limit for each paper is 6 pages. "Extra page charge" for pages up to 8 pages will apply.
- Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ITSC 2018 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Each accepted paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Any accepted paper that is not presented as scheduled is at risk for not being included in the IEEE Xplore.
Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or wire transfer. Please note that payment by bank transfer incurs an additional charge of US$20 at the registration. The bank transfer fees must be paid by the author. Please also note that wire transfers may take considerable time. Only after confirmation of effective credit of wire transfers accepted papers will be clear to be uploaded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests or registration transfers must be made by September 30, 2018 via email. No refunds will be provided after this date. Author registrations are non-refundable. An administrative fee of $100 is to be deducted from each refund. Registration may be transferred to another person with an administrative fee of $100.
