Please consider these comments and suggestions carefully when preparing your paper. Verify that all metadata on Papercept, including title, abstract, and author list, is accurate, as this information will be used in the official program.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"40\" data-lineheight=\"48px\" style=\"--fontSize: 40;line-height: 1.2\"><strong>Author Registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with the IEEE ITSS conference policies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least <strong>one author per paper must register for the conference<\/strong> before uploading the final version.<\/li>\n<li>All presenting authors must be registered <strong>by May the 15th, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To have your paper included in the final program, <strong>at least one author must complete registration<\/strong>. In the (rare) event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reason, it is the presenter\u2019s responsibility to ensure that the paper is presented by a qualified colleague.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"40\" data-lineheight=\"48px\" align=\"left\" style=\"--fontSize: 40;line-height: 1.2\"><strong>Manuscript Preparation and Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> IEEE Template and PDF Requirements<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the official IEEE conference templates:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates<\/a><br \/>\nOr use the Overleaf IEEE ITSS template from over here:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/read\/hkjvkqrgpdrf#e522c1\">https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/read\/hkjvkqrgpdrf#e522c1<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Submit <strong>only US Letter-sized PDF files <\/strong>(version 1.4 or higher), searchable, with all fonts embedded and no password protection<\/li>\n<li>The expected length is <strong>6 pages<\/strong>. A maximum of <strong>8 pages<\/strong> is allowed (2 extra pages with additional page charges).<\/li>\n<li>The IEEE template contains a <strong>fake copyright notice <\/strong>in the bottom-left corner of the first page. <strong>You must remove this notice before submission.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong> Anonymized Primary Submission<\/strong><br \/>\nTo ensure a proper double-blind review process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit <strong>only the anonymized primary paper<\/strong> for the initial submission.<\/li>\n<li>Remove identifying details by:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Commenting out all author names and affiliations<\/strong> on the title page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Removing acknowledgments<\/strong> that might reveal identities.<\/li>\n<li>Avoiding phrases like <em>\u201cIn [nn], we discussed \u2026\u201d <\/em>that self-identify. Use neutral phrasing instead (<em>\u201cAs discussed in [nn] \u2026\u201d<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>References <strong>cannot <\/strong>be anonymized, but do not refer to your own work in a way that reveals authorship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use of Large Language Models (LLMs)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Manuscripts <strong>generated by LLMs <\/strong>(e.g., ChatGPT) are <strong>prohibited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Light editing for grammar or spelling using LLMs is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>During submission, you will certify that your paper represents <strong>original author work<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For more information, please check the <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org\/\">IEEE Author Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"40\" data-lineheight=\"48px\" style=\"--fontSize: 40;line-height: 1.2\" align=\"left\"><strong>Manuscript Submissions via Papercept<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Prospective authors for all types of contributions must submit the following information via Papercept\/Paperplaza:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Type of Submission<\/strong>: authors should indicate, in the manuscript submission form, whether their work corresponds to a Regular Paper, Invited Session Paper, Workshop Paper, or Tutorial Paper. To this end, codes for Regular, Invited, Workshop, and Tutorial Papers will be announced soon on the conference website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Title of the manuscript<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short abstract of the manuscript<\/strong> (&lt;200 words).<\/li>\n<li><strong>PINs<\/strong> of ALL co-authors of the manuscript: PINs can be sought or registered <a href=\"https:\/\/its.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/pinwizard.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manuscript file<\/strong>: PDF file (version 1.4 or higher) with all fonts embedded, in US Letter page size, searchable, and with no password protection. Final papers sent to be part of the program of the conference <b>MUST <\/b>be formatted according to the instructions provided <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All papers submitted through Papercept (Regular, Invited, Workshop, and Tutorial Papers) will be peer-reviewed.
