If you are an international participant and are unable to travel to Italy due to official VISA-related restrictions, and no other co-author or colleague is available to present the paper on your behalf, please use the following form to request a change to a pre-recorded presentation format.

Please note: A separate form must be submitted for each individual accepted paper requiring a pre-recorded presentation.

Please Note: Video presentations must be uploaded between August 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026. Detailed file upload instructions will be sent to your email shortly
