Registration and poster sessions will be displayed in the foyer area which features a naturally lit foyer space with direct access to Edmonton’s river valley. One level down from the plenary is the Meeting Room Level where the track presentation and workshops will be held.
Sustainability and Responsible Event
IEEE ITSC 2024 organizing committee will be working with Edmonton Convention Centre to donate the event’s left-over food to Edmonton Food Bank. This opportunity to make an impact is provided by Explore Edmonton’s Second Helping Program by participating in their Responsible Events Program. Only prepared but not plated food gets donated. Donations are frozen, picked up by Edmonton’s Food Bank and then made available to agencies for use in their meal and snack programs.
