Sponsoring

An Industry Networking Event will be held for industry and institute sponsors to discuss opportunities for collaboration and employment with researchers, graduate students, and faculty members. The event will also showcase a sponsor’s presentation. Sponsors can also consider submitting proposals for workshop sessions to enable effective engagement with researchers in more focused sessions.

In addition to the sponsors’ presentation at the Industry Networking Event, and the workshop sessions (for accepted proposals), there are a variety of conference engagement options including:

• Showing company logos on information screens at the conference venue
• Promoting and exhibiting company products
• Inserting company promotional fliers into delegate bags
• Sponsoring keynote speakers’ travel and conference banquet
